We especially recommend finding a good hotel in Santa Eulalia or Santa Gertrudis; they are two of the most idyllic villages in Ibiza, and have a great range of restaurants.
Some of the most iconic are: Hotel Fenicia (with spa), Aguas de Ibiza, Bless Hotel, Ánfora Ibiza or the Gatzara Suites.
Another option could be the different rural hotels such as Casa Maca, Can Curreu, Can Sastre, Cana Xica.... Several of them even have a spa and high-level restaurants.
It is important that you check the opening dates, because some of them may be closed during these months.
